Nicola Foxworthy established Imagine Housing as the next step in her commitment to creating better housing outcomes for Australians. For Nicola, this commitment stems from a strong belief that stable, affordable housing is essential urban infrastructure – it enables people to live their best life, it enables local communities to thrive and it underpins effective economies.

Nicola has over 20 years experience in affordable housing delivery, holding executive roles in the Victorian Community Housing and Public Service sectors. She has a deep understanding of the policy, regulatory, funding and commercial environment for affordable housing in Australia.

Nicola brings extensive experience in affordable housing program design and implementation, strategy development, monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, policy analysis and stakeholder engagement. She has extensive networks across Government, not-for-profit and commercial organisations involved in affordable housing delivery and expertise in cross sector working group facilitation.

Nicola is committed to providing high-quality services and has a proven track record of creating effective partnerships to deliver stakeholder outcomes.
